He is the founder of Shobhit Rastogi & Associates, a peer-reviewed practice unit based in Lucknow, with an established practice in corporate and regulatory advisory.
His practice encompasses corporate and secretarial compliance, corporate governance, regulatory advisory, business structuring, FEMA and FDI matters, due diligence, corporate documentation and allied commercial and compliance matters. He brings a strong practical understanding of establishing, managing and maintaining compliant corporate structures.
He has also been actively associated with the Lucknow Chapter of ICSI, including serving as its Secretary. As a Strategic Advisor to Vidhimeya, he brings seasoned professional judgment, deep secretarial expertise and extensive regulatory experience, strengthening the Firm’s ability to deliver integrated corporate, governance and regulatory solutions.
