Kirtida Kumari

Every institution begins with an idea. Vidhimeya began with a vision. Kirtida Kumari is the visionary force behind that idea — the inspiration from which Vidhimeya’s journey originated and the guiding presence that continues to shape its direction.

Her vision goes beyond the establishment of a professional firm. It is rooted in the belief that meaningful work must be built upon integrity, knowledge, resilience, trust and a commitment to creating lasting value. These principles form the foundation upon which Vidhimeya continues to grow.

While the Firm’s partners and professionals carry its work forward, its vision, purpose and long-term direction remain deeply guided by the principles she has envisioned. Her perspective continues to influence the choices we make, the standards we uphold and the future we seek to build.

For Vidhimeya, she represents more than a mentor or advisor. She is the origin of the vision, the inspiration behind its growth and the guiding force behind its journey towards sustainability and excellence. The Firm may evolve with time, but the vision that gave it meaning remains its constant.

Vidhimeya is our journey. Her vision is its guiding light.
