Alok Singh Chauhan is a Company Secretary and Law Graduate with nearly a decade of hands-on experience across Legal, Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance, advising businesses across highly regulated sectors.

His practice is grounded in extensive corporate secretarial and governance experience, having been closely involved in the implementation and management of statutory and regulatory compliances throughout his professional career. He has managed compliance for RBI-regulated NBFCs, IRDAI-regulated insurers and Corporate Agents, and SEBI-regulated entities, alongside advisory on FEMA, foreign exchange regulations and AML/PMLA requirements.

His experience also encompasses legal advisory, commercial matters, due diligence, funding-related matters, transaction structuring, dispute management and resolution, enabling him to approach regulatory and compliance issues with a practical understanding of the legal and business implications involved. He has served organisations including Care Health Insurance Limited and Fusion Finance Limited, following his early career with a practising Company Secretary firm and law firms.

Alok also has hands-on experience in implementing India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, including developing and deploying compliance measures under the DPDP Act and its Rules. He brings together deep secretarial expertise, legal understanding, regulatory insight and lived compliance experience to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions for complex and evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
